Your participation in this survey will help our area plan and develop a new organization, Susquehanna Valley Villages.
This independent, non-profit organization is forming to enable older adults to remain in their own homes by easily accessing any needed services and maintaining social connections within their communities. Similar groups in many other parts of the United States successfully deliver programs and services requested by members using the Village model.
Vetted providers recommended by members deliver services that are then evaluated and rated by recipients. Ratings are available to members. Members also have the opportunity to exchange services and talents with each other.
By answering the following questions, you can help create an organization that truly meets local needs.
