How are you going to make the most of your Otley BID membership this year?

Have your say on how we shape our town's events

We have lots of events planned and want to give you a chance to give us your feedback and get involved with as many as you can. These events are aimed at driving more customers to your business, increase footfall in Otley and help you make the most of your BID membership.

Please complete this survey only if you are a member of Otley BID - all responses will taken into consideration as we plan out the logistics for this year's events, budgets and communications.

This survey is anonymous, however, if you request more information we'd be grateful if you could enter your email address at the end of the survey to enable us to reply to you.

For specific details of each upcoming event, please look out for our emails of how to get involved over the course of the year.

Otley Business Improvement District (BID)
1.Are you an Otley LS21 business:(Required.)
2.Will you be opening for the ROB BURROW LEEDS MARATHON on Sunday 10th May? Otley is a designated spectator hub, with entertainment and commentary during the day from Your Harrogate Radio. There will be crowds of people lining the route for you to sell to, or encourage them to come back to your business on another day.(Required.)
3.Will you be joining us in the Buy in Otley marquee at OTLEY SHOW - Saturday 16th May? This is a great way to promote your business to thousands of residents and visitors. (This benefit is worth £110).(Required.)
4.Will you get involved with our MUSIC IN THE MARKET PLACE series of busking events in July and August by having a poster to display?(Required.)
5.Will you get involved with the FAMILY FUNZONE on Wednesdays in the July/August Summer holidays by having special family friendly offers and promotions?(Required.)
6.Will you be joining us for our ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING in November?(Required.)
7.Will you be making your business sparkle at Christmas with a MINI CHRISTMAS TREE outside your premises?(Required.)
8.Will you be creating a special festive window display and encouraging your customers to vote in our CHRISTMAS WINDOW COMPETITION?(Required.)
9.Have you been featured by Visit Otley as our BUSINESS OF THE WEEK?(Required.)
10.Would you be interested in being a STREET REP and spend an hour every 3 months delivering our QUARTERLY NEWSLETTER and talking to the other businesses on your street?(Required.)
11.Would you be interested in joining the Otley BID Ltd BOARD OF VOLUNTEER DIRECTORS? This would involve attending a Board Meeting each month and some ad-hoc support to help bring projects to life.(Required.)
