About This SurveyThe Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE) is an internationally recognized institution with nearly 40 years of experience providing independent advice on complex engineering issues of national importance. CAE brings the collective expertise of its 1,021 Fellows to policymakers, regulators, and industry leaders—ensuring sound technical insight informs Canada's most critical decisions.
CAE recognizes that the strength of that expertise depends on the diversity of voices that shape it. To that end, CAE is conducting a project to gather information on programs and initiatives advancing women engineers into leadership roles across Canada. Your Participation
As a survey participant, you are invited to:
- Answer questions about your organization’s initiatives, programs or services
- Share your personal and professional experiences related to advancing women into leadership and offer recommendations for change
This survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Participation is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question or exit at any time.
Confidentiality
All responses will be compiled exclusively by Prairie Catalyst and shared with CAE in summary form only. Individual responses will remain confidential and data will be aggregated to prevent identification.
Note that organizational names may appear in reporting to map the current ecosystem of programs and initiatives. No personal identifiers will be included unless you provide explicit consent to be named or quoted.
