When we are bargaining with Oxy, we are going to need to provide facts and figures to back up our demands. We hope to pull from the experiences of all workers to help us win the best contract we can, so we encourage workers who are not on the bargaining committee to come to bargaining sessions to share their experiences. This survey is a great way for us to track the types of experiences people have had so that we can reach out to them to invite them.

We know that this survey is not anonymous, but we will not spread information outside of the elected bargaining committee unless you indicate that you are willing to be contacted. We will have a conversation with each individual, if given permission, about sharing their experiences before anything goes to the bargaining table.
