CREDA Awards Submission - Suburban Development

All projects must have been completed between January 1, 2025 and
July 1, 2026. All applications must be submitted by
noon on Monday, September 28, 2026.

Projects submitted must have been completed by CREDA-member developers. Suburban project is defined as those in communities not included in the Urban (Boston and Cambridge) or Outer Urban (Somerville, Brookline, Chelsea, Everett, Watertown, Quincy, Revere, Lynn, or Malden) categories.

6.Discuss any innovative design concepts, construction methods, materials, or technologies incorporated into the project. How did these innovations enhance project delivery, improved user experience or well-being, and/or promote sustainable practices?(Required.)
