10x10 standard booth space, with 6' skirted table and 2 chairs
$134+GST (*Early Bird Pricing $99+GST) / Booth

$159+GST (*Early Bird Pricing $124+GST) / Booth

*Early bird pricing in effect if reserved and paid by January 31, 2026
1.EXHIBIT BOOTH SELECTION(Required.)
2.TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Only Travel Penticton Members will be permitted to exhibit at TRUE.
  • If you require electrical power at your booth but didn’t pre-order a booth with power, please let us know by Friday, April 3, 2026, and it can be added to your registration at an additional cost of $25+gst. The addition of power service on the day of the event will be $35+gst/10 AMP connection.
  • Invoices for payment will be emailed to the primary business contact after completing this form.
  • Cancellations received after Friday, April 3, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
  • Each exhibitor shall obtain, at its own cost and expense, commercial general liability insurance in the name of exhibitor which insures all operations of exhibitor during the event.

* Exhibitors are in charge of their own setup, storage, and cleanup for any food or drink samples.
Alcohol can be offered as tastings only (not sold) and requires a valid Doc 60 and servers with Serving It Right.
A maximum of 2 oz portions are allowable for food samples.
Full details will be provided in the exhibitor information package after registration.
10.PRIZE DRAWS (optional)

Annually, Visit Penticton gives away gift baskets available to win in an attendee draw. Leading up to the event, these donations will be marketed as incentives to draw more attendees to the event and to help raise awareness about your business.
