The State of North Carolina invites your input on a proposed Action Plan for a pending $1.4 billion federal disaster recovery grant (from U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and its Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery program (CDBG-DR)). The plan addresses unmet needs of western N.C. for housing, infrastructure, and economic revitalization as a result of Hurricane Helene.
