MSCS Health & Wellness Day At Your School

The MSCS Student Wellness Department is pleased to offer free health and wellness screenings for all students throughout the 2025–2026 school year. These screenings are designed to support student well-being and academic success, and will include:
  • Vision
  • Hearing
  • Blood Pressure
  • Height
  • Weight
  • Scoliosis (for 6th and 8th grade students only)

Confidentiality Notice:
All student health information collected during these screenings will be kept strictly confidential and shared only on a need-to-know basis. This data is important for supporting students through services such as Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, CLUE, and more, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed academically.
