DEADLINE TO SUBMIT: MONDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2024 AT 5PM CST.

PLEASE READ THE GUIDELINES BELOW CAREFULLY:
  • This application is for INVESTIGATIVE ABSTRACTS.
  • You cannot submit an abstract for an Investigative AND Case Report. You must choose ONE category.
  • The person submitting the application must be the FIRST AUTHOR! Co-authors should not complete an application.
  • You CANNOT submit more than one application/abstract as the main author.
  • This abstract must be 350 or less words. This includes background, materials/methods, discussion, & results.
  • You are responsible for word counting your abstract before submitting.

  • An abstract previously presented at a national meeting can be submitted to the competition but will not be eligible for an award.
  • Medical students are NOT eligible to submit applications for INVESTIGATIVE ABSTRACTS!

  • If you are selected for PLATFORM PRESENTATIONS you will be notified by Monday, December 16, 2024.
  • The six applicants selected for podium presentations will present their talk on Sunday, February 9, 2025 in-person at the Royal Sonesta Houston Galleria, Houston, TX.
  • If your abstract is NOT selected for Platform presentation you will automatically be eligible for poster presentation. For poster presentation, a poster printing fee of $50 will be required. You will be notified by the TSP office when poster submission and payment are required.
  • All applicants must register for the conference no later than Monday, February 3, 2025.
