Point of Sale Machine Request Form for Walk Day

Please complete the below request form to request your POS machines for Walk Day. The request form must be completed by April 12th to receive your machine prior to the finance training.

POS Machines are only used for sales and fundraising activations on site. They can not be used to take donations.

5.Where would you like the Moneris Machines shipped to ahead of Walk Day?
6.Will the person receiving the Moneris machine be attending one of the finance trainings?
