Thank you for taking time to complete this important survey which aims to assess the status of motorsport safety equipment for our junior competitors in Australia. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and the results are confidential.

The survey will not be used for commercial purposes nor to provide any benefit to any individual completing the survey, other than to improve motorsport safety and better inform participants.
