1. 2013 Spring Season Survey for Managers and Coaches

Thank you for your interest in being a team manager in Eastvale Little League. As always, there is quite a bit of interest in these positions and many qualified people to fill them. Unfortunately, there are not always enough teams to accommodate all the requests. To that end we have established a questionnaire to assist the board with manager selection.

To help differentiate between a manager and a coach, following is a short description of each:

• The manager of a team is ultimately responsible for the team. He/She drafts the team (in tryout divisions), schedules and plans the practices, organizes team volunteers (coaches, team mom, scorekeeper, etc.), coaches the team, and is the primary contact between the league and the team.
• A coach typically helps coach the team and performs any other duties as assigned by the manager.
