Member Survey Questionnaire

The Directors and Management of T&I Credit Union appreciate your taking time to respond to this Survey Questionnaire. The purpose of this survey is to receive input from you, the membership of the credit union. Your input and ideas will assist us to make improvements and changes to your credit union. We know your time is valuable. As a gesture of our gratitude, please accept a deposit of $5.00 to your account, and be entered into a $100 Visa Gift Card drawing. (Only one $5.00 deposit will be granted per member account.)  Simply fill out the survey completely, and submit the survey. Incomplete surveys will not be eligible for the deposit or the drawing.  The drawing is scheduled for December 15th.
This survey is 25 questions and should take 10-15 minutes to complete. Last day to complete the survey Monday December 4, 2017. 
When completing many of questions in the survey you will be required to click the ‘OK” button to finish answering the question to move on to the next.
