We're very sorry that you're looking to leave us, please complete the below and we'll begin processing your cancellation.

Just a reminder of a few points from when you signed up:
  1. If you are within your minimum membership term, it is a $150 early exit fee to cancel.
  2. Time on suspension does not count towards your minimum term and/or the 14days notice period.
  3. If you are past your minimum term, your membership requires a 14 day notice period to cancel and any autodebit scheduled in the next 14 days will still be transacted.
  4. You will still have access to the club and other paid services covered by this final payment - so feel free to come and train!
