Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey about public art in our community.  Public art is important to the life of many small and large communities throughout the country.  You can help us shape the future of public art in Vermilion by answering the questions below.

Your responses will help the Main Street Public Art Initiative identify the public's perceptions and preferences when it comes to planning public art projects. For the purposes of this  survey we are defining public art as "original works of art that have been planned and executed with the goal of being located in a public place and accessible to everybody. Public art can be permanent, temporary or functional."

Each survey participant is automatically entered in a chance to win $100 cash in a random drawing to be conducted on Wed. June 1 at Main Street Vermilion office. The winner will be announced on the Main Street Vermilion website and Facebook page. Only 1 survey per participant will be accepted.  Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
