The PSA working with your Service NSW Delegates have raised a number of issues with Service NSW management. Your feedback to this survey will greatly assist your union in dealing with:

1. Unpaid work prior to beginning of rostered shift times.
2. Being able to take your 10 minute paid morning tea break.
