14.As you think about your own life, what have been the spiritual impacts of the pandemic on your walk with God? If you are a pastor, how are you different as a pastoral leader from your pre-Covid self? If you are a member of a congregation, how are you different as a member of a congregation from your pre-Covid self?
15.As you think about your own life, what have been the impacts of the pandemic on your relationships, both within and outside of the church?
16.What new/different leadership practices have been adopted, and will continue in response to the challenges of Covid-19? (personally? congregationally?)
17.How has the pandemic given your congregation permission to “let go” of some things you find you do not miss? Or stated another way, “If the pandemic could be compared to a rummage sale, what has it allowed you to discard or discontinue?” What new treasures have you found?
18.In his Message paraphrase, Eugene Peterson shared the following interpretation of Matthew 5:3–4, where we read:

You’re blessed when you’re at the end of your rope. With less of you, there is more of God and his rule. You’re blessed when you feel you’ve lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you be embraced by the One most dear to you.

As you think about the pandemic, how did you see God move in your life and amid the congregation? Would you share that story with us, in 250 words or less? (Maybe it was a fresh vision of God’s Faithfulness, perhaps it was a new initiative or ministry that blossomed in the pain of the pandemic, whatever it was, it’s a story that the wider family needs to hear to encourage their hearts and to fortify their resolve to move forward in ministry in the days to come.)
19.We are considering a variety of ways of sharing God’s movement in the life of the Church during and beyond the pandemic, and we wondered whether you would be willing to participate in an interview about your (your church’s) experience?
