Menu Planning and Meal Service Basics Wokshop

You are registering for a workshop titled "Menu Planning and Meal Service Basics" on Friday, October 19, 2012. The training will be held from 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. at the Department of Transportation, 1123 Mesaba Avenue, Duluth, MN 55811, in Lake Superior Rooms A & B.

Through hands-on learning activities, participants will walk through the meal service process, including menu planning, preparation and service. Participants will learn about the new Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act meal pattern requirements for lunch. Various cycle menu templates and other tools will be introduced to effectively navigate and manage program requirements
