Neighborhood Empowerment Priorities |
1. Introduction
As a result of the City's budget shortfall, the Department of Neighborhood Empowerment experienced severe cuts in personnel. Consequently, the department's functions were reevaluated (based, in part, on surveys conducted in FY 2009) to determine what are the most necessary services and how they should be prioritized.
The purpose of this survey is to share these priorities with you and get your input as to the services the department should prioritize in the next fiscal year.
