Introduction

The electric vehicle charging stations have been very popular at Buffalo Civic Auto Ramps.  We have seen a 44% increase in number of sessions and a 101% increase in Energy usage from May to November.   Essentially, demand for charging now exceeds supply (at most locations) and we need to change policies to best utilize the charging station and to offset the costs.  This survey is designed to get user feedback to help guide the new policy.
