*Vendor Information*
- Payment and Registration Information:
- I agree to pay the following fees:
- $80 for 1 table
- $160 for 2 tables
- I understand that I must pay the registration fee within 48 hours of registration to reserve my spot.
- I will bring a tablecloth that matches the Halloween theme.

*Terms and Conditions*
- Vendors must bring their own tables.
- Chairs will be provided.
- If selling food, I must register with the health unit.
- If selling items from a company, I will be the exclusive vendor for that company.
- Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued for vendor payments.
- Credit for future events will be provided if the event is rescheduled.

*Special Requirements*
- As this is a Halloween-themed event, vendors are encouraged to bring Halloween candy to give out to attendees.
- This is a high-traffic event

*Liability Waiver*
- I release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, and venue from any claims or damages.
