Pay it forward contest submission form - Tell us your story.

The holiday is fast approaching and another year is about to end. Let’s give a deserving person the gift of organization.

If you know of anyone who is in need of a little bit of help to get their home in order before the holidays but is experiencing a life challenge (be it illness, juggling too much, or just need a little break), submit a letter and tell me about their story and why they deserve a break (by Dec. 1st).  You can submit your own story too!

With the help of a panel of judges, one individual (within the York Region area) will be selected who will be treated to one 4-hour session of decluttering/organizing help before the holidays*. The lucky recipient will be selected based on the criteria of who is in most need and deserving of some help.

The Rules:

  • One submission per person/per address
  • Submission must be for residents of York Region
  • Person submitting the story must be willing to publicly share their first name and be photographed
  • Recipient must be willing to publicly share first name and city of residence
  • Recipient must be willing to be photographed and allow photography of the room/space to be worked on
  • Photographs of recipient and resident can be used in any marketing and social media campaigns without any further notification and authorization
  • *Pay it forward session must be redeemed and used by no later than January 31, 2018 (excluding Dec 18 – Jan 2nd)
  • Session must take place during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm)
  • There is no cash value for non-redemption
  • All packing & organizational supplies to be provided by recipient
  • Contest closes Friday December 1st, 2017 11:59pm
  • Recipient will be selected and notified via telephone by December 8th
