In 1998 Monica’s normal life collapsed when a Government investigation into the finances of President Bill Clinton, was widened to include the close relationship, she had with him. At 24 years of age, she went from being a private citizen to the world’s most public and ridiculed figure. Health issues followed and Monica became a recluse for the next 10 years.
