Accessibility Questionnaire - Students

Accessibility is the state of having programs, services, and environments that allow all individuals to participate fully in society without encountering barriers. 

This questionnaire aims to gather information regarding accessibility issues or challenges that our students may be experiencing while attending school and/or school activities. The information provided in this survey will be used to inform the development of priorities to advance accessibility in SD10.

A barrier is anything that prevents a person with a disability from fully participating in all aspects of society because of their disability. There are many types of barriers including: physical/environmental, attitudinal, communications, policy or practices, and technological barriers.
