We are undertaking this survey to better understand how flooding and any resulting event(s) have affected businesses in the area. We are interested in understanding the full range of impacts experienced by businesses, including direct physical damage, disruption to business operations, financial impacts, and the longer-term effects on business owners, employees, customers, and the wider community.
This survey aims to capture both the immediate and ongoing impacts of flooding. These may include impacts that occurred directly to your business, as well as indirect impacts resulting from flooding elsewhere in the area that affected your ability to operate.
For the purpose of this survey, "flooding and any resulting event(s)" refers to both the flooding itself and the direct and indirect consequences that followed. Direct impacts may include damage to buildings, equipment, stock, or vehicles. Indirect impacts may include road closures, power outages, supply chain disruptions, reduced customer access, or other effects on your business caused by flooding in the surrounding area.
