Triennial Shared Ministry Survey

Hello and welcome to the UUCA Triennial Shared Ministry Survey. Our governance policy directs us to survey the congregation every three years to assess how well we are doing in our shared ministry together.

What do we mean by ‘shared ministry’? It means that we share the responsibilities of our church community, and we support each other in doing the work of this church. Shared ministry recognizes that all members of the church community have gifts and skills to share. Everyone's contributions are valued regardless of the various levels of authority.

Please complete this survey to let us know how well we are living into our covenant, “To build the beloved community, to seek fuller truths in love, to dwell together in peace, to offer aid and affirmation, and to live for one another.”

This survey is composed of multiple choice and open-ended questions, all of which are voluntary. Your responses will be completely anonymous and will help us to better understand where we are succeeding in our mission and where we have areas for growth. Thank you!
