This week's topic: Commuting

Your voice is always important. So we created a new pulse survey called Together Tuesdays to get your opinions and feedback on important topics in Glen Rock. Because, it's always important to try and solve challenges and find opportunities together. There will always be an open-ended section to share a longer opinion and leaving your name is always optional.

This survey is paid for by Jon, Seth & Elizabeth for Town Council, PO Box 562, Glen Rock, NJ 07452. You can reach us directly at JonSethElizabeth@gmail.com.

Commuter spots should only be available to Glen Rock residents, even if there are vacant ones.
We should maintain and consider expanding the number of hourly spots available for both Glen Rock residents and nonresidents
To raise more revenue for the town, we should consider converting some of the unused Main Line spots to monthly spots for out of town residents (train station lot by CVS)
To raise more revenue for the town, we should consider converting some of the unused Boro Hall spots to monthly spots for out of town residents (train parking behind the post office and boro hall)
Glen Rock residents using the daily spaces should not pay the same rate as out-of-town daily commuters ($14/day)
Glen Rock should convert unused commuter spots into parking spaces for local businesses (i.e., employees or patrons)
With more people returning to work, Glen Rock should be actively keeping data on the actual usage of parking spots in both the Boro Hall and Main Line commuter lots
