Weatherstone Community - Overall Expectations

The Weatherstone Board of Directors wanted to reach out to gather feedback from you on several key community amenities and the overall community in general.  This information will help determine the best direction forward to better serve the community. We will provide you with an overview of the information collected from this survey once it has been compiled. 
Please take a few minutes to complete, we are hoping for 100% participation to ensure that we get the most accurate picture of what improvements are most important to the residents.
Each section below has an area for additional comments, we encourage you to use them to elaborate on any feedback.
We ask that all surveys be completed by 9/30, thank you!
1.Weatherstone is a premier residential community in Highlands Ranch
2.Weatherstone should have a continuous goal of being a premier residential community in Highlands Ranch
3.The Board's primary focus should be to maintain or increase Weatherstone property values
4.The Board's primary focus should be keeping expenses low, regardless of the effect to property values

20.The Dues paid to Weatherstone HOA (Quarterly: $230 community dues + $73 pool) are fair value for the amenities provided

23.Future Growth Ideas - Items like adding a sand volleyball court or pickleball/tennis courts to the common grass areas around the pool, or further investments in the existing building for a space that could be rented out for parties etc...any and all ideas here are welcome for us to explore.
