​Date: Saturday, October 24th, 2026
​Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
​Location: WFCU Banquet Hall
​Setup Time: 9:00 AM
​Vendor Information
​Payment and Registration Information:
​I agree to pay the following fees:
​$80 for 1 space
​$150 for 2 spaces
​I understand that I must pay the registration fee within 48 hours of registration to reserve my spot.
​I will bring a tablecloth that matches the Fall or Halloween theme.
​Terms and Conditions
​Important: Vendors must bring their own tables.
​Chairs will be provided.
​If selling food, I must register with the health unit.
​If selling items from a company, I will be the exclusive vendor for that company. (Note: The Scentsy spot is currently TAKEN.)
​Refund Policy:
​No refunds will be issued for vendor payments.
​Credit for future events will be provided if the event is rescheduled.
​Special Requirements
​As this is a Trick-or-Treat event, vendors are encouraged to bring candy or treats to give out to attendees.
​This is a high-traffic event!
​Liability Waiver
​I release and hold harmless the event organizers, volunteers, and venue from any claims or damages.
