NNPC Downstream Retreat - Team Effectiveness Survey |
Background
The Downstream division is hosting a strategy retreat to consolidate, grow, and expand its business in this new phase of its journey.
In achieving this goal, the need to build high-performing teams across the strategic business units is crucial, as our people are at the core of any strategic aspirations. To realise this objective, the KPMG team has designed this survey (adapted from Patrick Lencioni's "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team") to better understand the team dynamics across the organisation today.
The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and your responses will be completely anonymous.
Thank you for your participation!
