Roster Instructions

Hi everyone,

We hope you are all keeping safe during difficult times and everything is going well with your exam preparation, assessments or thesis. We wish you the best of luck!

By now you should have received your exam timetable and can confirm the start date for your full time placement at the end of this semester/ trimester.

Please read through the following information carefully. 
Full time hours are 35 hours per week (7 hours per day). 

The survey must be completed by 2 weeks prior to commencing full-time hours, and an email sent to ELTP to let us know that you have completed the survey. This will allow payroll to update your roster in time and prevent over or under payment when changing your rosters. 

You must use Google Chrome to access the survey. Additionally, recheck that you are providing the correct details prior to submitting the survey. 

If we do not receive a response by the deadline we are required to freeze your roster and payment.
