The Southeast Regional Eldercare Coalition (SREC) Value & Engagement Survey is designed to help strengthen the coalition’s collaborative efforts by gathering feedback from the diverse organizations and partners who participate in this regional network. As the coalition works to bring eldercare providers together to problem‑solve mutual issues, share program information, and drive meaningful change across Southeast Alaska, member insights are essential for guiding its future direction. This survey invites participants to reflect on what they value most, identify opportunities for improvement, and share ideas for new activities—particularly in areas such as workforce recruitment, training, retention, and enhancements to tools like the regional NAVI navigation resource. By participating, respondents directly contribute to shaping a stronger, more coordinated eldercare system for the region.

Survey will take about 13 minutes to complete.
