HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- The opportunity to participate is open to restaurants on Amelia Island and is complimentary.
- Restaurants may participate during either LUNCH or DINNER or BOTH. You may also choose to do multiple dinner price points.
- Participating restaurants agree to offer a prix-fixed menu at the following set prices, tax and gratuity not included:
- $12 Lunch - must include entrée, side, and non-alcoholic drink
- $21, $31 and/or $41 Dinner - must include 3 courses - appetizer, entrée, dessert, and drink (your choice of non-alcoholic or alcoholic)
- We encourage restaurants to test new menu items and get creative to demonstrate your chef’s capabilities.
- Guest feedback last year indicated they prefer restaurants that provide the consumer flexibility in selecting combinations of courses.
MARKETING & PROMOTION
- The AICVB will provide marketing support for the event including:
- Pre-event advertising and promotions
- Social media and email promotion
- Collateral materials – menus, check stuffers, posters, rack cards
- Each participating restaurant is encouraged to cross promote your participation in Amelia Island Restaurant Week through your own promotional channels including websites, social media channels, e-blasts and in-restaurant promotions.
