Introduction

The St. Clare of Assisi, St. Elizabeth of Hungary, Holy Spirit and St. Thomas A Becket Parish Pastoral Councils are conducting a survey of parishioners to gather ideas on how we can become an even more vibrant faith community. Your responses will guide the development of a visioning and planning process intended to help our grouping come together as a new parish.

The survey draws on five essential aspects of parish life as described by Bishop Zubik in his Pastoral Letter The Church Alive!   The five qualities are:  the Eucharist, Catechesis, Formation, Evangelization, and Stewardship.

The Council asks all adult members of the parish to complete the survey, which is designed to ensure that responses are anonymous.

If you would prefer not to take the survey online, paper copies are available  at the back of the churches. If you need help completing the survey, please contact Amy LaMartina at alamartina@st-elizabeth.org .

Survey results will be shared with the parish once the information is compiled.

Thank you for providing your views.
