Registration closes April 12, 1pm PST
Are you an actor, poet, singer, or leader looking to expand your voice and presence?
Join me for an intro of the Linklater Voice Method led by Noelle D. Rodriguez, an interdisciplinary artist, Theater of the Oppressed Practitioner, and Designated Linklater Teacher (DLT). Noelle was part of the pioneering MFA in Linklater Teaching Practice (Voice and Theater Arts) cohort at Rose Bruford College in London.
**Who is this workshop for?**
This workshop is designed for anyone seeking to explore the relationship between their mind, voice, body, and expression.
No experience necessary! Open to all eager to explore and expand vocal potential or as a refresher.
**What is the Linklater Method?**
The Linklater Voice Method is a holistic approach to voice training that guides individuals to access their natural voice by releasing physical and emotional/mental tensions.
Through a step-by-step progression, participants will begin to explore relaxing and awakening their bodies, allowing their breath and voice to flow freely. This method emphasizes aligning thoughts and feelings with vocal expression, cultivating clarity, expressiveness, and resonance.
What to Bring:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
Bring a water bottle, snack, yoga mat or towel
