ABOUT ULI NEXT
ULI NEXT is designed to champion the ULI mission through a compelling avenue of engagement for mid career professionals. ULI NEXT Philadelphia extends ULI’s global resources and membership networks to foster leadership opportunities in development and the built environment. The Council will provide a range of benefits to participants as they develop their leadership skills and build lasting relationships across ULI’s leadership and member networks.
APPLICATION PROCESS
In order to foster a fruitful and engaging experience, ULI NEXT goes through a selection process to identify members for each flight (or class). The 2019 flight is capped at 20.
EXPECTATIONS OF MEMBERS
ULI NEXT is both an educational group and a network building group. Members will get to know each other through discussions and also be able to reach out to each other for advice in their day to day work. Meetings will take place monthly.
Each member is responsible for organizing at least one meeting per year and if willing, offer to help choose meeting locations (e.g. conference rooms).
Members are expected to miss no more than 3 meetings.
Due to its exclusivity, there is a $50.00 fee for the 2019 year, payable on acceptance.
