Overview of CE Accreditation Process

PLEASE NOTE: This questionnaire must be submitted at least 90 business days prior to the anticipated event date. Please check your dates carefully.

  1. A CE Administrator will contact you once this questionnaire has been reviewed.
  2. An application for CE accreditation ("CE Doc Pac") will be sent to you for your completion.
  3. The CE Doc Pac must be received by CE Service no later than 60 business days prior to your event date.
  4. The CE Administrator will review the CE Doc Pac and forward it to any additional required reviewers.
  5. Once all corrections have been completed, the CE Administrator will send you a letter indicating the amount and types of credit to be granted.
  6. Required post-event documentation is due to CE Service no later than 30 business days after the event date.
