Introduction

Hounslow Highways is the Highways Maintenance Contractor, working on the adopted public highway in Hounslow, from January 2013 to December 2037. We deliver all aspects of highways-related maintenance services on behalf of the London Borough of Hounslow.

This annual survey is designed to gather feedback from stakeholders on the performance and service quality of Hounslow Highways. Your responses will help us identify strengths and areas for improvement. We value your input and thank you for helping us improve our services.
