Submission of a proposal does not guarantee that it will be selected for development into an official position statement. All proposals are subject to review, and adoption of any position statement requires a majority vote by the NSGC Board of Directors. Additionally, while proposer input is valued, submitting a proposal does not guarantee inclusion in the subgroup tasked with drafting the statement, should the proposal be accepted. Proposals are not reviewed on an on-going basis. As a result, correspondence from the PSW may not be immediate.
