Mentorship Training Workshop Survey

Memorial Centre for Entrepreneurship, Genesis Centre, and YMCA Enterprise are collaborating to provide world-class training and professional development to help potential mentors acquire the

skills necessary to effectively help their mentees succeed.


Before mentoring, there are some best practices to keep in mind to ensure both you and your mentee get the most from the mentorship experience. Interested potential mentors with the following skills are
being sought:

Business generalists in:
• Sales
• Business Development
• Marketing
• HR

Industry experts in the following industries:
• ICT (Information and Communications Tech)
• Ocean (and Ocean Technology)
• Environment (and Clean Technology)
• Education (and Tech)
• Health (and Tech)
• Finance (and Tech)
• B2C Experts (Online & Retail Sales, Brick and Mortars Operators)

There will be two training sessions which will take place at the E&Y Boardroom at the Ches Penney Family YMCA on 35 Ridge Road. Only 20 seats are available for each of these training sessions, and applicants may choose their evening. Because seats are limited, applicants will be screened using this survey to determine which mentors will be selected.
