National Governance Association: Board Election 2025BALLOT FORM for East Midlands Region Survey

Instructions

1. Votes may be cast by all categories of membership in the East Midlands region (Association, Corporate, Governing Body, Multi Academy Trust and Individual) in good standing.
2. Votes may be submitted online only.
3. Votes must be cast no later than 12 noon on Monday 17 November 2025.
4. The candidate with the highest number of votes will be elected. If there is a tie in the number of votes, the successful candidate will be drawn by lot.
5. Only one vote per Corporate, Governing Board, Individual, Multi Academy Trust and Local Association membership may be submitted:

Votes cast by corporate members may only be submitted by named member.
Votes cast by those with Governing Board membership may only be submitted by the chair of governors, or a person formally authorised by the board.
Votes cast by those with Multi Academy Trust membership may only be submitted by the chair of trustees, or a person formally authorised by the board.
Votes cast by those with Local Association membership may only be submitted by the chair of the association or a person formally authorised by the association.

6. Each member’s online ballot paper will count as one vote
7. The Company Secretary will act as Returning Officer.
