Introduction
This survey is for anyone signed-up for SKETCH's Winter Programming (February - March, 2024).
Thank you for supporting SKETCH understand its impact! Answers to these questions help us learn how to do better in the future, and report back to our funders and stakeholders.
We'll be asking you to complete this survey at the beginning and end of the program season. Everyone who fills out both surveys will automatically be entered to win a $25 grocery gift card (draw will happen at the end of the program season).
