Preventing relationship violence is one of the top health priorities in Anoka County. Completing this survey will help community leaders make plans to better serve people experiencing relationship violence and to prevent it in the future. We are seeking insight from all community members, regardless of personal experience with relationship violence.

This survey is voluntary, and you can stop the survey at any time for any reason. Your responses will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Results from all participants will be combined for analysis. The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete. This survey is intended for adults aged 18 years and over.

For the purpose of this survey, relationship violence refers to a pattern of emotionally, sexually, financially, or physically abusive behaviors used by a current or former intimate partner to maintain power and control over the other partner.
