2021 NOVA Refs, Youth Basketball Survey

NOVA Refs has been awarded the contract with Arlington Parks and Recreation for youth basketball officiating services. We will be officiating games for the 3rd-8th grade leagues. We are looking for referees ages 16 and older as of November 1, 2021. Mandatory trainings/meetings would be held during the fall in the classroom and on the court. Rate of pay would be $28-$35 per game depending upon the grade level involved. Pay would be monthly. Games are typically held on Saturdays (between 9am-9pm) and Sundays (12-8pm) with some weeknight games (6-9pm) beginning in early December and ending in late February/early March.
