SCAQ is conducting a survey of member strata business owners and strata managers about experiences of bullying, harassment and unreasonable conduct at work.

We are doing this because we are regularly told this behaviour is a serious and growing problem for our members, and because we have no Queensland data of our own to put in front of government, regulators or the media. Anecdote has taken us as far as it can.

What we will do with your answers. Aggregated, de-identified results will be used in SCAQ's advocacy, including submissions to government, public commentary and media. We will never publish anything that identifies you, your firm or a scheme unless you separately agree at the end of this survey.

How long it takes. About 8 minutes.

Is it anonymous? Yes. We do not collect your name, email or IP address unless you choose to provide contact details in the final section.

Is it voluntary? Entirely. Skip any question or stop at any time. Nothing here affects your membership.

Collection notice. SCAQ collects this information to understand the prevalence and impact of bullying, harassment and unreasonable conduct in the Queensland strata sector, and to inform our advocacy. Some questions ask about your health, which is sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988. Providing it is optional and your consent is given by choosing to answer.
