CURIOSITY - Nomination of Attendance

Welcome Families and Friends of CURIOSITY Early Learning Centre.

We are so glad that you have chosen to become part of this flourishing community!

We would ask that you take the time to consider which days your child would be attending CURIOSITY and to nominate those days within this survey.

Our commitment to you and your child is to be as accomodating as we can to your needs, however the safety and quality of care for all our CURIOSITY friends is a priority so we ask for your consideration in being flexible if necessary.

Please complete the following survey no later than Wednesday the 25th of September so that we are able to confirm your child's bookings for 2020 as soon as possible. We endeavour to send out offers of attendance to all families by late October.

We are so excited about meeting all our new CURIOSITY friends and appreciate your patience as we create a strong foundation for the launch in 2020.
