Our contract with Alameda County expires on January 3, 2026. Bargaining a new contract is an opportunity for us to fight for our rights, protect our jobs, and improve our wages, benefits, and working conditions. With federal budget cuts passed and scheduled for implementation, it’s more important than ever for us to stick together and fight off any concessions the County asks for.
