WCNY, Central New York’s public media organization, created a number of resources designed to support teachers, students, and families during the coronavirus pandemic. The TV Classroom network is an instructional TV program that broadcasts weekdays, from 8 a.m.—5 p.m.  on WCNY’s Global Connect channel. It features local educators delivering lessons for students in grades PreK—12 on core curriculum. The series is filmed at WCNY’s Robert J. Daino Broadcast and Education Center and serves the estimated 12,000 students across Central New York who do not have internet access or wireless devices at home. It is also available via live streaming and on-demand streaming at www.wcny.org/tvclassroom/
