Is SCOTUS Justified In Delaying Duncan?

With decisions pending on "who" can exercise 2A rights and "where" the government can restrict those rights, we think it's high time we get a definition on "what" constitutes an arm for purposes of Second Amendment protections.

CRPA's Duncan v. Bonta case provides the Court with a perfect vehicle to decide this issue and clarify how Bruen should be applied. Unfortunately, our cert petition is still pending with as the current term comes to a close in the coming weeks.
