Welcome to the SchoolCraft ApplicationSchoolCraft is a selective, consultative learning cohort for independent school leadership teams seeking to strengthen the structural drivers of institutional vitality and performance.
This application is intended to help NJAIS:
- understand your school’s context and goals,
- curate a thoughtful cohort experience,
- and establish a meaningful baseline for the work ahead.
The application should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
Please note:
- Schools should apply as teams of 3–5 participants
- Most questions are short-response
- Institutional metrics are used diagnostically, not evaluatively. They are not shared outside the confines of this cohort program.
